yay it has been one month of “everydays”

Today is day thirty-one! 🥳

My goal since starting this blog has been, and continues to be: A) to challenge myself creatively, B) to showcase my work and C) to loosen up, to become less of a perfectionist. So far I think I have done pretty well with all three of those ambitions. My confidence is increasing as well.

I think I am going to start taking days off now, at least for the time being. Who knows, I might be back to doing “everydays” when Inktober rolls around.

I’m going to start allowing myself to take weekends off, or rather, to start posting five days a week. Let’s see how that works. I’ll still be grinding creatively, with less pressure to constantly put something new out. My brain needs some time and space to ideate without the pressure of implementation.
