She introduced me to Totoro, taught my mom how to make sushi, and she also taught me a bit of origami. The crane has always been one of my favorites, I\u2019ve folded hundreds since that time. The paper crane symbolizes peace, love, and hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is said that one who folds one thousand will be granted a wish. I probably haven\u2019t folded 1000 paper cranes yet, but I <em>am<\/em> wishing for peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One fold at a time, one crane at a time, one breath at a time. To do it with presence and care, whatever <em>it <\/em>is. I am not the religious type, but I do aspire towards living a life full of awe and worship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s late, my brain is feeling fuzzy. Be good to each other.
