I mean, beyond the words, what are they saying?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sky is blue, the waves are roaring, I am alive and I am writing of what I know. I am doing what I can at this moment to share my joy. I am making sense of this human experience. I am doing for the sake of doing. I am being for the sake of being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the moments melted into one, then set to harden, then dissolving like a sandcastle. Nothing ever stays the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such is the nature of existing as a time-based formation. To grok the significance of my insignificance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To see the simplistic essence structure underlying the complexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then it dawned on me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What have I even been rushing for?<br>What are these moments giving me if I never allow for peace in my mind?<br>How do I hit pause on existence itself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find it in breathing, in nature, in silence. I find it by digging into the present moment until I am grounded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find it in the rudiments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find it in you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is from something I wrote in my notebook a few months ago while sitting on the beach in Oregon.
